Abstract: The invention discloses a distributed autonomous real-time adaptive on-field agricultural robot having a soil intake unit, a mechatronic radula-type soil-processing assembly, and an artificial general intelligence based hardware-control engine. The assembly includes a rigid split-cylinder outer housing, a wear-resistant radula liner matrix, micro-hooks, snail-influenced micro-cantilever structures, a PZT-5H flexible sensor backing layer, multi-element piezoelectric transducer blocks, a central slurry flow core, and a boundary fluidization zone. The microstructures reduce soil adhesion, clay stiction, clogging, and wall drag. The sensor layer detects soil-liner interaction, and the hardware-control engine converts real-time field and hardware signals into actuator commands for soil intake, piezoelectric excitation, slurry movement, boundary fluidization, and robotic operation. A closed-loop hardware record supports subsequent adaptation of the hardware-control parameters.
