Abstract: Disclosed are a distributed resource unit (DRU)-based transmission or reception method and device in a wireless LAN system. The method, according to one aspect of the present disclosure, may comprise the steps of: receiving, from an access point (AP) and by means of a station (STA), a frame including information related to a multiple DRU (MDRU) comprising a first DRU in a first distributed bandwidth (DBW) and a second DRU in a second DBW; and transmitting, to the AP and by means of the STA, a physical layer protocol data unit (PPDU) including a data field mapped to the MDRU. The information related to the MDRU may include information related to an index of the first DRU. An index of the second DRU may be associated with the index of the first DRU.
