The application for the patent was published on July 03, 2026, under issue no. 27/2026.

Abstract: The present disclosure proposes a domestic electric water-heating system (100) for pre-scale detection and ionic de-correlation. The system (100) comprises a water heater housing (102), a water storage tank (104), a cold-water inlet pipe (106), a hot-water outlet pipe (108), and a live electric heating element (110). An electro-field coupled thermal coupling detection (EFCTC) module (114) senses electrical input and thermal response of a heater sheath, while a non-linear dielectric diffusion parameter (NDDP) module (120) senses dielectric response at a heater-water interface indicative of ionic clustering. A direct dielectric transmitter (DDT) module (126) generates an inlet dielectric reference before heating. A microcontroller unit (MCU) (140) normalizes EFCTC and NDDP measurements determines a pre-scale condition. Upon detection, a pre-nucleation growth abort cycle (PNGAC) control module (130) interrupts heater power, and a dynamic ionic phase de-correlation module (DIPDM) (134) applies a controlled time-varying electric field.
