The present invention comprises; two drive pulley left (2) and two drive pulley right (3) fitted with two axles (4) on the frame and each side pulleys connected with drive belt (5); single drive pulley (7) fitted on the lower axle and driven pulley (8) with free wheel (9) fitted on the rear wheel hub and connected with driven belt (10); pedal (6) with rollar bearing (1 1) fitted on the drive belt in opposite direction and moves in to angle bar (12) with vertical alignment.
