Abstract: Provided is a drive circuit (1), wherein a common substrate (10) generates a common drive signal (DRS) for on/off control of a plurality of power semiconductor elements (61p-63p) connected in parallel. Each of a plurality of individual substrates (30a, 31, 30c) is individually provided to a corresponding power semiconductor element, and supplies the drive signal to the corresponding power semiconductor element. Among the plurality of individual substrates, one individual substrate or some of the individual substrates (31) include(s) a detection circuit (41). The detection circuit (41) changes the drive signal (DRS) by transmitting an abnormality detection signal (DTS) to the plurality of individual substrates and the common substrate when an abnormality in the electrical characteristics of the corresponding power semiconductor element (62p) is detected.
