Abstract: A driver monitoring and safety control system, comprise of a transdermal alcohol sensor 101 embedded in an auxiliary steering wheel 102 to detect alcohol traces through skin contact providing initial screening, an acoustic transducer 104 positioned on the vehicle dashboard 105 for speech recording, enabling a connected microcontroller, integrated with an AI module to cross-reference against pre-stored driver baseline responses detecting speech anomalies, a breathalyzer unit 106 mounted on the vehicle dashboard 105 via an extendable linkage 107 and equipped with multiple semiconductor oxide sensors 108 for precise measurement of alcohol content, a camera 109 mounted on the vehicle dashboard 105 to monitor driver inattention and consciousness conditions, a self-driving unit pre- installed in the vehicle 103 to gradually reduce the speed and stopping the vehicle safely, and a vibration generating element 111 is coupled with the steering wheel 102 configured to provide a haptic feedback alert to the driver.
