Abstract: ABSTRACT “DUAL-PHASE ADVANCED MRI IMAGING TECHNIQUE FOR ENHANCED VISUALIZATION OF MENINGIOMAS IN RELATION TO THE CEREBRAL VENOUS SYSTEM” The present invention relates- ptohase a dual magnetic resonance imaging system and method for enhanced visualization of intracranial tumors, particularly meningiomas, in relation to the cerebral venous system. The invention employs a dual-bolus contrast administration protocol wherein a first contrast bolus is administered to achieve delayed tumor enhancement, followed by a second contrast bolus timed to correspond with the venous phase of cerebral circulation. MRI acquisition is performed such that tumor tissue and venous structures are simultaneously visualized within a single imaging dataset. This approach enables improved differentiation between venous sinus invasion, displacement, and compression by the tumor. The method utilizes high-resolution three-dimensional imaging sequences and may be integrated with advanced modalities including diffusion-weighted imaging and dynamic contrast-enhanced imaging. The invention further supports automated contrast delivery and synchronization mechanisms, thereby improving diagnostic accuracy, surgical planning, and intraoperative guidance in neuro-oncologic applications.
