The dual RNA enriched sEVs formulation comprises: a first set of small extracellular vesicles (102A) derived from a first host cell (104A) enriched with a first RNA (106A); and a second set of small extracellular vesicles (102B) derived from a second host cell (104B) enriched with a second RNA (106B), wherein a ratio of the enriched first set of small extracellular vesicles to the enriched second set of small extracellular vesicles in the dual RNA enriched sEVs formulation is about 1.
