Abstract: Title: DUAL-SIDED AUTOMATIC LATCHING MECHANISM WITH SYNCHRONIZED CLAWS AND SINGLE-LEVER RELEASE FOR RAMP PLATFORMS The present invention relates to a dual-sided automatic latching mechanism with single-lever release for a ramp platform. The mechanism comprises a stretcher platform (10), latch claws (11), pivot pins (12), an actuating lever (13), retaining profiles (14), cam profiles (15), tension springs (16), a folding ramp (20) coupled through a ramp pivot pin (21), striker pins (22), stopper pins (23), and a cross shaft (24). The cross shaft (24) couples latch claws (11) to actuating lever (13). Movement of folding ramp (20) toward the folded position causes striker pins (22) to engage cam profiles (15) and enter retaining profiles (14), while tension springs (16) return latch claws (11) toward locking positions. Operation of actuating lever (13) rotates cross shaft (24) and releases latch claws (11), permitting folding ramp (20) to move toward an unfolded position.
