Said device does not harm the living things in the water that is collected, and is capable of ensuring that its active components do not accumulate debris, especially debris with cohesive and adhesive properties, such as leaves in an advanced stage of decomposition or materials with similar characteristics such as pieces of paper and plastic bags.
