Abstract: The present invention discloses a dynamic spine-alignment feedback system (100) configured to detect and autonomously correct spinal misalignment in real time. The system (100) comprises a wearable substrate (110) adapted to be worn on a torso of a user, a sensing module (120) configured to detect biomechanical parameters corresponding to spinal orientation, curvature, displacement, and movement, a processing hub (130) communicatively coupled to the sensing module (120), and an actuator array (140) communicatively coupled to the processing hub (130). The processing hub (130) is configured to generate a real-time spinal alignment profile and compare the profile with a stored baseline alignment profile corresponding to an anatomically optimal posture to detect spinal deviation. Upon detecting deviation exceeding a predefined threshold, the processing hub (130) activates the actuator array (140) to apply localized mechanical stimulation to induce corrective neuromuscular response and restore spinal alignment, thereby enabling closed-loop monitoring and autonomous posture correction.
