Abstract: An intelligent biodiversity analysis system is developed to support effective land management using data-driven techniques. The system combines ecological data such as species diversity and vegetation cover with environmental factors, spatial information, and human impact indicators like deforestation and population density. By applying clustering algorithms including K-means, DBSCAN, and hierarchical clustering, land regions are grouped based on similarities in their ecological and environmental characteristics. The integration of temporal analysis enables monitoring of ecosystem changes over time, while spatial constraints ensure realistic geographic grouping. The system identifies biodiversity-rich areas, vulnerable habitats, and degraded regions, and translates these findings into clear recommendations for protection, restoration, or monitoring. This approach provides a practical and scalable framework for improving environmental assessment and supporting informed decision-making in land conservation.
