The composite milliglobules of the present invention have an enhanced cleansing efficacy for capturing, elimination, and removal properties of a wide range of pollutants, including bacteria and particulate matter from skin while maintaining softness of the skin. The composite milliglobules of the present invention are used in skin care products such as face washes, scrubs, packs, masks, and emulsions.
