Abstract: The present invention relates to an advanced herbal nanoemulgel shampoo designed for effective dandruff treatment and scalp care, belonging to the field of cosmetic and dermatological formulations. The invention comprises a nano emulsion system with nanosized droplets ranging from 20 to 200 nm, encapsulating active polyherbal extracts such as tea tree oil, neem extract, and aloe vera. These nanosized droplets enhance the solubility and bioavailability of the herbal extracts, facilitating deeper penetration into the scalp. The nano emulsion is integrated into a gel matrix, which provides a medium for sustained release and retention of active ingredients, ensuring prolonged retention and gradual release on the scalp. The formulation includes natural surfactants and stabilizers, such as saponins, lecithin, and xanthan gum, to maintain the stability of the nano emulsion and gel matrix. The invention further incorporates delivery and penetration enhancers to optimize the efficacy of the active ingredients.
