Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to eco-friendly geopolymer paver blocks and bricks produced using multiple industrial and bio-waste materials without using Ordinary Portland Cement. Fly ash and bottom ash act as primary aluminosilicate precursors, while foundry sand and recycled concrete aggregate serve as aggregates. Eggshell powder improves strength development and mycelium enhances internal bonding. Sodium hydroxide and sodium silicate form the alkaline activator that enables geopolymerization. The invention provides durable, low-carbon, cost-effective construction units suitable for paving and masonry applications while promoting circular economy principles and sustainable infrastructure development.
