Abstract: The present invention discloses an Edge AI Based Voice Communication System implemented using real-time audio processing and embedded communication techniques for intelligent voice transmission and communication management. The system integrates a microphone-based voice acquisition module with an embedded audio processing and wireless communication framework to enable low-latency real-time voice communication between communication nodes. A digital signal processing engine is employed to perform noise reduction, audio filtering, echo cancellation, voice enhancement, and signal amplification for improved communication quality under varying environmental conditions. The captured voice signals are processed, encoded, and transmitted through a wireless communication interface capable of supporting efficient real-time audio transfer between embedded devices. The received audio signals are decoded, processed, amplified, and reproduced through speaker modules for clear and reliable communication. The system operates through a multi-threaded processing pipeline capable of simultaneously performing voice acquisition, audio processing, wireless transmission, reception, and playback operations in real time. The proposed architecture provides low-latency, low-power, and edge-based intelligent voice communication without dependence on cloud computing or internet connectivity. The system supports continuous real-time monitoring and visualisation of communication status, signal activity, and operational parameters, making it suitable for smart communication systems, emergency communication networks, industrial communication platforms, intelligent transportation systems, and embedded IoT applications.
