The flow-selection valve (114) selectively permits filling of the measuring chamber (106) through the inlet passage (110) and dispensing through the outlet passage (112). The assembly (100) further comprises a cam-piston assembly (118) for defining an effective fill volume of the measuring chamber (106), a rotatable nutrition conversion sleeve (120) comprising a health-use indicator band (122), a graduation scale (124), and an alignment window (126).
