Abstract: A elastic band manufacturing system, comprises of an enclosure 101 , a chamber 102 to store raw rubber material, additives and coloring agents, a touch interactive display panel 103 to provide input commands regarding user-desired color and thickness of elastic band, a motorized iris unit 104 to open and dispense raw rubber material, additives and user-desired coloring agent into container, a motorized stirrer 105 to blend raw rubber material, additives and coloring agent to obtain a rubber mixture, an articulated arm 106 having a segmented plate 107 to position plate over container, a Peltier unit to facilitate rapid solidification and curing of rubber mixture, a motorized slider 108 configured with a pair of robotic arms 109 to detach solidified rubber from pneumatic rods and transfer solidified rubber into a platform, an articulated link 110 configured with a motorized cutting blade 111 to cut solidified rubber into elastic bands.
