Abstract: An electro-hydraulic riveting tool, comprising a riveting working head (1) and a pump body (35). The riveting working head comprises a cylinder (2), a hollow piston shaft (3) and a rear end cover (4), wherein the cylinder and the rear end cover form a hydraulic cavity (5), a first oil passage (6) and a second oil passage (7) are provided in the cylinder, and a third oil passage (8) and a fourth oil passage (9) are provided on the pump body. A broken nail guide pipe (10) is provided on the riveting working head in a communication manner; a nail receiving box (11) is in communication with a rear end of the broken nail guide pipe; an adapter plate (12) is sleeved over an outer wall of the broken nail guide pipe; oil flow paths are provided in the adapter plate; the oil flow paths comprise a first oil flow path (13) and a second oil flow path (14); an accommodating groove (15) is provided in the adapter plate; a damping joint (16) is provided in the accommodating groove; an axial oil channel (17) and a radial oil channel (18) are provided in the damping joint; the axial oil channel is in communication with the radial oil channel; and the axial oil channel is in communication with the first oil passage or the second oil passage. The electro-hydraulic riveting tool can effectively reduce the vibration transmitted from the riveting working head to other structures, thereby prolonging the overall service life of a riveting device.
