Abstract: An electrode plate unit 40A disclosed herein includes an electrode plate 40 including penetration holes 42h at an outer edge part 42, and a first sealing member 30 and a second sealing member 50. The first sealing member 30 includes a closing part 31s in an annular shape, and projection parts 31p provided at positions facing the penetration holes 42h of the electrode plate 40. The second sealing member 50 includes a closing part 51s in an annular shape, and hole parts 51r provided at positions facing the penetration holes 42h of the electrode plate 40 and the projection parts 31p of the first sealing member 30. The projection parts 31p of the first sealing member 30 are inserted to the penetration holes 42h of the electrode plate 40 and engaged with the hole parts 51r of the second sealing member 50. Fig. 4
