Abstract: The present invention relates to an embedded industrial thermal monitoring and automated corrective control system comprising an industrial thermal system (102), a temperature sensor (104), a voltage sensor (106), a current sensor (108), an embedded controller (110), a local display unit (112), a relay module (114), a cooling fan (116), a wireless communication module (118), a visual condition representation module (120), a mobile visualization device (122), a marker element (124), and a power supply unit (126). The embedded controller (110) continuously acquires and processes operating parameters, generates a visual operating state through the visual condition representation module (120), and actuates the relay module (114) to operate the cooling fan (116) when a measured temperature exceeds a predetermined threshold. The system enables continuous thermal monitoring, intuitive visual condition representation, and automatic hardware-based thermal corrective action, thereby improving operational safety, reducing manual supervision, and enhancing industrial equipment reliability.
