Abstract: Abstract Schools and colleges are places where children and young adults spend a large part of their daily lives. While these environments are designed to support learning and personal growth, they can also be the setting for unexpected medical emergencies. Situations like falls, choking, allergic reactions, or sudden health issues can happen without warning. In many of these cases, the frrst few minutes are critical. Unfortunately, in those urgent moments, people often hesitate. Teachers, staff members, and even students may feel unsure of what to do. This is not because they don't care, but because they might lack the training or confidence to take the right steps quickly. First-aid programs are usually offered once in a while, and they rely heavily on memory. But memory can fade over time, especially when emergencies are rare. The posters and printed· manuals are in theory, beneficial but not always in practice when one is in a high-stress environment and requires to think fast. The objective of this proposed system is to create a connection between knowledge of what to do in case of an emergency and action. It is more of a simple and directed guide that users follow in times of crisis rather than depending on memory or instinct, which may prove ineffective in situations of stress. It is created to help all people in the school, teachers, students, and staff members, irrespective of their medical history. The system has explicitly displayed and easy to follow instructions depending on the emergency and symptoms in question. It is easy to use as well as one is not required to have any medical training. The first one is that it can operate even without the internet that is important as emergencies do not always occur in ideal conditions. The concept does not only focus on the ability to respond to emergencies but also on long-term preparedness. This allows the schools to track the number of individuals who have gone through the training and understand the level of preparedness of the community in general. This promotes the change in working with individuals only to being more coordinated and school wide. This way, preparedness will be incorporated into normal school life, and not a one-time affair. Finally, the system will ensure the schools are safer as it will enable people to react swiftly and adequately in case of medical emergencies. It does not take the place of professional care, but it provides essential assistance during the period when the help is not provided. By providing the correct equipment and instructions, schools will be able to become confident and make the outcome more likely to be positive once the emergencies strike.
