Abstract: EMERGENCY RESPONSE SYSTEM WITH REAL-TIME DIAGNOSTICS AND AI-BASED OPTIMAL HOSPITAL SELECTION An emergency response system with real-time diagnostics and AI-based optimal hospital selection (100) is disclosed. The system (100) includes a server (105) communicatively connected with an emergency response vehicle (110) and a plurality of user devices (115, 120, 125) through a communication network (175). The server (105) receives patient data including symptom data, medical history, physiological parameters, and diagnostic imaging data to determine a probable diagnosis and severity status. The system (100) evaluates and ranks hospitals based on treatment capability, specialist readiness, resource availability, and transport conditions to identify a suitable destination hospital. The emergency response vehicle (110) acquires physiological and diagnostic data during transport. The system (100) further enables dynamic rerouting, pre- arrival hospital notifications, remote telemedicine communication, continuous monitoring, and synchronized healthcare data exchange.
