Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention discloses an ECG-based emotion-aware cardiac digital twin system for predicting cardiac risk and providing intelligent treatment recommendations. ECG signals are acquired and preprocessed using filtering, normalization, and R-peak detection techniques. HRV parameters are extracted, and a hybrid CNN–LSTM model classifies emotional states into calm, stress, or anxiety. A personalized baseline ECG profile enhances accuracy, and a cardiac digital twin simulates heart behavior under emotional stress. A probabilistic model computes cardiac risk, which is classified into predefined risk levels. A rule-based clinical decision support engine provides advisory treatment suggestions based on the predicted risk. The system is implemented using MATLAB/Python with a graphical user interface for visualization. The invention enables early detection of stress-induced cardiac abnormalities and supports preventive cardiovascular healthcare.
