Abstract: The present invention underscores an adaptive and structural system comprising multiple modules specifically designed to address and transform the regulation of those emotions that act as triggers, culminating in sexual offense. It underscores a process-oriented and context-sensitive system that altogether reforms the behavior of the incarcerated population using a multi-layered module rooted in the criminal psychological-emotional processing system. The system comprises 1) a square wooden board along with 17 small wooden blocks, each having distinct illustrations of emotions for emotion identification, 2) two long wooden blocks to build the emotional build-up chain underscoring triggering emotions lead to distorted actions, 3) a scenario engine and reflexive activities on the behavior metrics configured to capture and reform the criminogenic thinking pattern and emotional processing. The captured behavioral data undergoes an assessment with a scoring sheet. The invention captures the criminogenic thinking pattern and restructures the processing of triggering emotions that prevent the emotions and their dysregulation towards the escalation of behavior leading to sexual offense.
