Abstract: The present invention relates to an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-Driven Work-Life Balance Assessment and Productivity Optimization System designed to evaluate employee work-life balance, identify workplace stress factors, measure organizational support, and optimize workforce productivity. The system collects employee demographic information, work schedules, workload data, work-life balance indicators, organizational support metrics, and productivity-related information through digital surveys and enterprise databases. Artificial intelligence and predictive analytics techniques are employed to analyze employee well-being, burnout risk, work flexibility, family–work integration, stress levels, and productivity patterns. Based on the analysis, the system generates a Work-Life Balance Index and Productivity Optimization Score, identifies areas requiring intervention, predicts burnout risks, and provides personalized recommendations for employees, managers, and organizations. The invention improves employee well-being, enhances job satisfaction, reduces turnover, minimizes burnout, and increases organizational performance through data-driven decision-making.
