Abstract: Enclosed Spring-Driven Vibration Device for Removing Dust from Blackboard Dusters with Sieve and Collection Chamber This invention describes an enclosed chalk duster dust remover equipment designed to safely and efficiently remove accumulated chalk dust from the felt surface of blackboard dusters. The device comprises a hollow rectangular container with a hinged lid having a dedicated slot for positioning the duster. A sieve is provided beneath the slot, supported by a spring-connected solid rectangular striking plate. Upon manual actuation, the spring-based mechanism induces controlled vibration and impact on the sieve, causing embedded chalk dust to detach from the duster felt. The dislodged dust passes through the sieve and is collected inside the enclosed container, thereby preventing dispersion into the surrounding environment. The invention eliminates manual hammering practices, reduces airborne chalk dust, improves hygiene, and enhances user convenience. The device is simple in construction, low-cost, and suitable for routine use in classrooms, educational institutions, and similar environments.
