This end piece is characterized in that it comprises at least one chamber (2) for distributing the product, having the form of a cavity that opens out at the distal end (12) of the end piece and is configured to be able to receive the shank of a screw, a first chamber (3) for introducing the product, opening out at the proximal end (11) of the end piece, and a plurality of channels (4') for distributing the product, connecting the first introduction chamber (3) to the distribution chamber (2), each distribution channel (4') opening out into the distribution chamber (2) via at least one distribution orifice (41') and these distribution orifices (41') being disposed at the periphery of said distribution chamber (2).
