Abstract: Endodontic Examination and Surgical Glove with Selective Fingertip Groove Pattern for Enhanced Instrument Grip relates to an endodontic examination and surgical glove (1) comprising a glove body (2) having a wrist cuff (3), a palm portion (4), a dorsal portion (5), a thumb portion (6), an index finger portion (7), a middle finger portion (8), a ring finger portion (9) and a little finger portion (10). Selectively localized functional grip regions (11) are provided on predetermined gripping portions of the glove and comprise a functional grip architecture (12) including friction-enhancing grooves (13) and raised ridges (14). The grip architecture improves frictional engagement and rotational control of endodontic instruments while substantially preserving tactile sensitivity, flexibility and manual dexterity. The glove minimizes instrument slippage under wet clinical conditions, reduces operator fatigue, improves procedural precision, and is manufacturable using conventional glove-forming processes with medically acceptable elastomeric materials.
