Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION Title: Endurance Enhanced Hydrogen Fuel Cell Powered Unmanned Aerial Vehicle with Hybrid Energy Management and Optimized Thermal Regulation The invention relates to a lightweight and optimized hydrogen fuel cell- based power system designed to significantly improve UAV flight endurance up to 8 hours while maintaining structural efficiency and operational reliability. The system comprises a UAV airframe structure (100) with lightweight composite frame (110); a hydrogen fuel cell system (200) with PEM fuel cell stack (210), hydrogen storage (220), and supporting subsystems; a hybrid power system (300) with auxiliary battery (310) and DC-DC converter (320); a thermal management system (400); an intelligent energy management system (500) with central controller (510); and a propulsion system (600). The present invention ensures extended flight endurance, zero direct emissions, rapid refueling capability, and improved payload capacity.
