Abstract: An energy-harvesting autonomous system for a bicycle, comprising a plurality of piezoelectric discs 102 embedded within pedals of the bicycle 101 to convert mechanical pressure into electrical energy, a generator 109 to generate additional electrical energy, a power management grid to regulate and distribute harvested energy to a rechargeable battery, a rear wheel motor to enable autonomous propulsion, a relay module to selectively interrupt charging upon full-charge detection, an AI-based camera 103 integrated with a Near-Infrared (NIR) sensor to detect road conditions and obstacles, a plurality of sensors to monitor operational parameters, a microcontroller configured to process sensor data and control system operations, a holographic projection unit 104 to display riding guidance, and a pneumatic footrest assembly comprising a pair of horizontally deployable plates 108 to extend and retract based on operational mode.
