The selecting of the destination is based on at least one of: a transmit beam of the apparatus to be used for the sidelink transmission, among a plurality of beams that are available at a transmitter of the apparatus; a priority associated with data or control information or a reference signal to be transmitted to the receiving apparatus; and a remaining packet delay budget associated with the data or control information or the reference signal to be transmitted to the receiving apparatus.
