Abstract: The present invention relates to an enhanced occlusal plane mapper for prosthodontic procedures. The mapper comprises a Fox plane/base plate (11) configured to be placed over a maxillary occlusal rim, a plurality of screw members/threaded rods (12) fixed substantially at 90° to the Fox plane/base plate (11), and metal collar/fastening collar arrangements (13) mounted on the screw members/threaded rods (12). A first lateral reference plate (14), an anterior/frontal reference plate (15), and a second lateral reference plate (16) are arranged substantially parallel to the Fox plane/base plate (11). The lateral reference plates (14, 16) assess parallelism with the ala-tragal line, while the anterior/frontal reference plate (15) assesses parallelism with the interpupillary line. A water level/bubble level on the anterior/frontal reference plate (15) verifies horizontal orientation during clinical use.
