Abstract: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems play a vital role in integrating different organizational processes into a unified system, enabling efficient management of resources and information across various departments. In modern organizations, departments such as human resources, finance, inventory, and vendor management often operate independently, which may lead to data inconsistencies, duplication of work, and inefficient communication. ERP systems address these challenges by providing a centralized platform that streamlines business operations and improves decision-making through real-time data access. However, many small and medium- sized enterprises (SMEs) face difficulties in adopting large-scale ERP * solutions due to high implementation costs, complex infrastructure requirements, and the need for specialized technical expertise. This research proposes the design and development of a web-based ERP system tailored for small and medium-sized organizations. The proposed system integrates essential business modules such as employee management, inventory management, payroll processing, vendor management, and attendance tracking into a single unified platform
