Abstract: ABSTRACT ERGONOMICALLY ENHANCED HANDLOOM SYSTEM WITH SYNCHRONIZED CLOTH ROLLING AND STABILIZED SHUTTLE GUIDANCE MECHANISM An ergonomic handloom system (100) for improving weaving stability, cloth rolling consistency, shuttle guidance reliability, and operator comfort is disclosed. The handloom system (100) comprises a synchronized cloth rolling assembly (102) including a chain transmission mechanism (104-1, 104-2) coupling a cloth beam (106) and a warp beam (108), and a locking mechanism (110) configured to maintain rotational tension during weaving. The chain transmission mechanism enables synchronized rotational movement between the cloth beam (106) and the warp beam (108), while the locking mechanism (110) prevents reverse rotational displacement and non-uniform cloth accumulation. The system further comprises a shuttle guidance assembly (116) including a shuttle box (118), a picker (120), and a metallic sliding plate (122) configured to reduce shuttle instability, vibration, and friction during reciprocating shuttle movement. An ergonomic seat assembly (124) improves operator posture and reduces musculoskeletal strain during prolonged weaving operations.
