Abstract: ESSENTIAL PLANT NUTRIENTS DOPED CARBON DOTS FOR PLANT GROWTH AND METHODS THEREOF The present disclosure generally relates to the field of agricultural biotechnology and nanotechnology. In particular, the disclosure provides essential plant nutrients-doped carbon dots (EPNDC). The disclosure also provides an eco-friendly green process for preparing EPNDC using agro-waste, more particularly fruit peels, under microwave-assisted conditions. The disclosure also provides methods for promoting plant growth employing said EPNDC.
