Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method (200) and a device (100) for estimating a muscle biological age of a user. In one example, the device (100) may include one or more sensors (104), and an operatively coupled controller (106). In operation, the controller (106) may receive physiological data associated with the user and impedance data associated with muscle tissue of the user. The controller (106) may process the physiological data and the impedance data to generate processed data and may generate one or more fatigue indices based on the processed data. Further, the controller (106) may obtain recovery kinetic data associated with the user and integrate, through an AI/ML model, the one or more fatigue indices and the recovery kinetic data to generate an integrated dataset.
