A first end of the second portion (104) being connected to a main frame of the vehicle, and a second end of the second portion (104) extending in a first direction. The third portion (106) comprises at least one vehicle subsystem (108) mounted on the third portion (106). The expansion chamber (110) is formed between the second portion (104) and the third portion (106), where a second end of the first portion (102) being connected to the expansion chamber (110).
