Abstract: The present invention provides a computer-implemented framework for transparent talent acquisition that allows for a systematic evaluation, ranking and recommendation of job candidates using predetermined recruitment criteria. The framework consists of four modules: a data acquisition module for gathering candidate data, a preprocessing module for organizing and standardizing the data, a feature extraction module for extracting candidate attributes that are relevant for the evaluation, and an evaluation module for evaluating the suitability of candidates. In addition, the framework features an explanation generation module for presenting clear explanations of candidate evaluations, a fairness assessment module for tracking consistency of recruitment results, and an audit module for keeping a complete record of the decisions made. A recruiter interface displays candidate rankings, evaluation summaries and explanation reports to help with informed hiring decisions. The modular design allows for integration with existing recruitment platforms and enhances transparency, traceability, accountability, and operational efficiency throughout the recruitment process.
