The application for the patent was published on October 09, 2026, under issue no. 41/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a federated cognitive digital twin system comprising institutional computing nodes and a global knowledge processing system. Each institutional computing node generates a Local Cognitive Dental Twin from patient-specific clinical data and generates a Twin Knowledge Vector representing semantic clinical knowledge extracted therefrom. The Twin Knowledge Vector is encrypted and transmitted without transmitting the patient-specific clinical data. A federated knowledge aggregation module performs semantic aggregation of clinical knowledge represented by Twin Knowledge Vectors, and a Global Knowledge Twin maintains a collective representation of clinical knowledge. A hierarchical knowledge distillation engine generates clinical intelligence for updating the Local Cognitive Dental Twin, enabling disease progression prediction, treatment simulation, treatment outcome prediction, and clinical decision support.
