Abstract: ABSTRACT FEDERATED DIGITAL TWIN FRAMEWORK WITH COGNITIVE SECURITY FOR ADAPTIVE RIS-ENABLED IOT NETWORKS The present invention discloses an integrated framework (100) for enhancing performance and security in Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface (RIS) assisted 6G IoT networks. The framework comprises a Physical Layer (110) with base station (112), RIS panel (114), and IoT devices (116); an Intelligence Layer (120) integrating Digital Twin module (122) with LSTM-based channel prediction and Federated Learning module (124) for privacy-preserving decentralized optimization; and a Security Layer (130) incorporating CST-WS module (132) for anti-eavesdropping through wavefront scrambling and null-steering, and ARN-CE module (134) for anti-jamming through adaptive jammer detection and null-forming. The Digital Twin predicts future channel states to eliminate CSI acquisition latency while Federated Learning optimizes RIS phase shifts without exposing raw user data. Simulation results demonstrate 55% latency reduction, 28.6% throughput improvement, and 10x lower outage probability compared to conventional reactive systems, with robust physical-layer security against both passive and active attacks.
