MUMBAI, India, Nov. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611095054 A) filed by Sharda University on August 05, 2026, for Feed-Discharge Safety Apparatus For Unmanned Aerial Aquaculture Systems.

Inventor includes Prof K Meena.

The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.

Abstract: Abstract Disclosed is a feed-discharge safety apparatus for an unmanned aerial aquaculture system. The apparatus comprises a feed container defining a feed outlet, a feed-discharge gate movable across the feed outlet, and an actuator linkage coupled to the gate. A common interlock member is guided between blocking and release positions and comprises a blocking portion occupying a movement path of the actuator linkage in the blocking position. Condition members are coupled to respective movable parts associated with different physical operating conditions. Each condition member engages a separate engagement region of the common interlock member. A return member biases the common interlock member toward the blocking position. Movement of the common interlock member to the release position requires simultaneous release-compatible engagement of every condition member with the respective engagement region, thereby restricting movement of the actuator linkage until the physical operating conditions establish a common release state.
