MUMBAI, India, June 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621048479 A) filed by Lyncerv Private Limited on April 16, 2026, for Feedback Based Automatic Condenser Tube Cleaning System For Shell And Tube Heat Exchangers.

Inventor includes Arvind Kumar.

The application for the patent was published on June 12, 2026, under issue no. 24/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT FEEDBACK BASED AUTOMATIC CONDENSER TUBE CLEANING SYSTEM FOR SHELL AND TUBE HEAT EXCHANGERS Aspects of present disclosure relate to a feedback based automatic condenser tube cleaning system (100) for shell and tube heat exchangers. The system (100) comprising of atleast one condenser water circuit configured to circulate water through a plurality of condenser tubes; atleast one tube cleaning arrangement connected to the atleast one condenser water circuit, and configured to remove deposition from inner tube surfaces; at least one sensor (101) configured to sense at least one water-quality parameter; and a controller (102) operatively coupled to the at least one sensor (101) and the tube cleaning arrangement. The automatic condenser tube cleaning system operation process involves feedback of TDS/Conductivity or cooling/heating system approach to control the cleaning cycle intervals for optimized performance. The proposed invention provides significant energy savings by maintaining optimal condenser heat transfer efficiency through real-time fouling control, reducing power consumption and operational costs.
