The method comprises: obtaining data to be filtered; when a neural network filter is used to filter the data to be filtered, determining a plurality of data processing modes for the data to be filtered; and, on the basis of the plurality of data processing modes, using the neural network filter to filter the data to be filtered, so as to obtain filtered data for the data to be filtered. The method combines the plurality of data processing modes to enhance the performance of the neural network filter, thus improving the filtering effect and also improving the decoding efficiency and the decoding performance.
