The system (100) comprises a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly (118), a control unit (122), a communication module (126), a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) reader module (128), a user interface (130), a Valve Stiction Threshold Index (VSTI) module (134), a Closed-State Hydraulic Damping Index (CHDI) module (136), a hydraulic pulse generator (144), and a solenoid micro-valve (148). The system (100) enables pre-failure fault detection, active hydraulic stabilization without valve opening or water discharge, and intelligent fault-specific intervention for safe, stable, and reliable firefighting operation.
