The application for the patent was published on June 19, 2026, under issue no. 25/2026.
Abstract: The present invention discloses a flexible core cooling carpet for transformers and reactors with integrated spacers (100). The carpet (100) comprises a flexible base sheet (101) formed of high-temperature insulating material and a plurality of spacers (102a, 102b, 102c, 102d) permanently integrated onto the flexible base sheet (101). The spacers include cubical spacers (102a), round spacers (102b), elliptical spacers (102c), and hexagonal spacers (102d). The spacers are arranged on the flexible base sheet (101) in a grid arrangement (103) comprising rows and columns with a pitch in a range of 50 mm to 90 mm. Each spacer projects from the flexible base sheet (101) to maintain spacing between adjacent magnetic core laminations and form cooling channels (104). The flexible base sheet (101) and integrated spacers define a unitary prefabricated structure configured for placement within magnetic cores of transformers and reactors.
