Abstract: The present invention relates to a foldable portable electrocoagulation water purification system configured for emergency and disaster-relief applications. The system comprises a foldable electrocoagulation chamber, an accordion-style collapsible electrode cartridge having multiple conductive plates arranged in alternating anode- cathode configuration, a multimode power module configured to receive battery, solar, AC, or vehicle-based DC inputs, and a polishing filtration and disinfection module configured to remove residual particulates and microbial contaminants. The system operates through electrocoagulation followed by gravity-assisted settling and polishing filtration without requiring mechanical pumping systems. A foldable support frame and backpack-style enclosure enable compact nested transportation and rapid field deployment. The invention provides reduced energy consumption, improved portability, simplified operation, integrated contaminant removal, and rapid potable water generation suitable for disaster relief, military operations, humanitarian aid, and remote-area emergency water treatment applications
