Abstract: An food cooking assistive device, comprising a body 101 adapted to be positioned on a cooking surface formed of food grade heat resistant material with a non stick surface and insulated handle 102, a temperature sensor activated by a microcontroller to monitor cooking temperature in real time, a thermo regulating plate 103 embedded in the base controlled by the microcontroller to adjust heat distribution during cooking, a motorized hinged lid 104 actuated by the microcontroller to open or close based on temperature or pressure conditions, an artificial intelligence imaging unit 105 activated by microcontroller to identify food type monitor cooking stage and provide alerts, a pressure sensor configured to detect steam build up and signal lid to vent excess steam, a smoke sensor installed to monitor smoke levels and alert user, and a motorized scraper 106 by microcontroller to remove food residues after cooking.
