A rotary die cutter (106), equipped with triangle-shaped blades, continuously cuts the aligned product with enhanced precision. A pressure roller (108) applies adjustable downward pressure against the rotary die cutter (106) to ensure clean severing of the food product. A drive system (110) synchronizes the feeding conveyor (102), the rotary die cutter (106), and the pressure roller (108) to facilitate continuous, automated operation. By integrating precise alignment with synchronized rotary cutting, the system ensures consistent product dimensions and reduces waste in commercial snack chip manufacturing.
