Abstract: The titled invention discloses an footpad system for real-time diagnosis and treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. The system comprises a footpad platform (1), a sensing unit (2), a microcontroller interface (3), a vibration therapy unit (4), an LCD display (5), and a power supply (6). The sensing unit detects the plantar pressure io response of the user's foot and transmits the sensor signals to the microcontroller interface. The microcontroller interface processes the received data, calculates the Vibration perception threshold (VPT), performs Intelligent analysis to determine neuropathy severity, and generates suitable therapeutic parameters. Based on the analyzed results, the vibration therapy unit delivers controlled vibration stimulation, is while the LCD display presents the VPT value, neuropathy severity level, therapy status, and other diagnostic information. The invention provides a non-invasive and real-time system for diagnosis, continuous monitoring, and therapeutic management of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
